Shipping Information

• Please allow a 2 business day processing period for your order prior to shipping. When your order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number to view your shipping status. Standard shipping typically takes between 2 to 7 business days to be delivered from the date your order is marked "shipped".
• Delivery times are dependent on carrier / shipping method and are subject to change with or without notice. Any delays in shipping may be out of our control.
• Taxes (Canada): For orders shipping within Canada, applicable HST/GST will be calculated and added at checkout based on your province of residence.
• Taxes (USA): For orders shipping to the United States, sales tax will be collected only where required by state law (Economic Nexus).
• Importer of Record: For all orders shipped outside of Canada, the customer is considered the Importer of Record. You must comply with all laws and regulations of the United States.
• Duties and Surcharges: Orders shipped to the US may be subject to import duties, taxes, and specialized surcharges (such as Section 122 "Balance of Payments" surcharges).
• DDP vs. DDU: FIRST IN GLOVES INC. reserves the right to offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, where duties are collected at checkout. If DDP is not selected or available, all additional charges for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
• Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) inspections or processing.
• Delivery Policy: We aim to process and ship orders from our Toronto facility within two (2) business days. Per Ontario law, if we fail to deliver your order within 30 days of the estimated delivery date provided at checkout, you maintain the right to cancel the agreement by providing written notice.
• Returns & Refunds: All purchases are subject to our 30-day return policy. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Please see our dedicated Refund, Return & Exchange Policies page for full instructions.
