Refund, Return & Exchange Policies
At FIRST IN GLOVES INC., we take the integrity of our gear seriously. Because our products are designed for physical work, we maintain a strict policy to ensure that every customer receives a factory-fresh, uncompromised product.
To inquire about a return or exchange, please contact SUPPORT@FIRSTINGLOVES.COM with your order number. Our team will review your request and respond with guidance within two (2) business days.
1. Eligibility & "Mint Condition" Requirement Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items in mint, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Sole Discretion: FIRST IN GLOVES INC. reserves the sole and exclusive discretion to determine whether a returned item is in fact in mint, unused condition.
Inspection Standards: If our manual inspection reveals any signs of wear, soil, moisture, stretching, odor, or exposure to work environments, the return will be rejected.
Rejected Returns: Items determined to be used or ineligible for return will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense or disposed of at the customer’s request.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00) for approved returns.
2. The "No-Field-Test" Rule Once a glove has been used for any task—including but not limited to utility work, mechanical handling, or training—it is no longer eligible for return or exchange. We do not accept returns on gear that has been "field-tested" or "tried out" on a job site.
3. Return Window, Logistics & International Duties
30-Day Limit: Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Return Shipping: For change-of-mind or sizing issues, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to our Toronto facility. We only accept tracked shipping methods. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges: If you require a different size, you must return your original, unused pair under the criteria above. Once approved, you can place a new order for the correct size, or we will process the exchange shipment subject to inventory availability.
International Duties & Customs: For orders shipped outside of Canada, any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees paid to local courier or government authorities are strictly non-refundable. FIRST IN GLOVES INC. will only issue refunds or credits for the actual purchase price of the physical product.
Processing & Issuance: Please allow 3–5 business days from the time your package arrives for our team to conduct the inspection. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment. Please note your financial institution may take additional time to post the transaction.
