1-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty

At FIRST IN GLOVES INC., we stand behind the craftsmanship of the SUPPORT™ series. Every pair is covered under a manufacturer defects warranty for one year from the original date of purchase.

• What is Covered: This warranty strictly covers structural failures resulting from the manufacturing process, such as:
  
  Loose or torn stitching.
  Split seams or leather peeling from the stitch line.
  Significant material flaws.
  

• What is NOT Covered: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, neglect, improper maintenance, or damage caused by use outside of the product’s intended utility.
  
• Discretion: All warranty claims are handled on a case-by-case basis. FIRST IN GLOVES INC. reserves the sole discretion to determine if a defect is accepted for return or exchange under this warranty.
  

Filing a Claim

If you encounter a potential defect, please contact us at SUPPORT@FIRSTINGLOVES.COM with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

• Important: Do not remove the inner labels or tags if you notice a defect immediately upon arrival. Inner labels must remain attached for the initial inspection of a potential defect.
